  • Rolled oats

    1 ½ tbsp

  • Dragon fruit

    1/4 cup

  • Blueberries

    1/8 cup

  • Raspberries

    1/8 cup

  • Hemp seeds

    1 tsp

  • Lucuma powder

    1 tsp

  • Milk or Water

    1/2 cup

    (as desired)

  • Yogurt (Optional)

    1 tbsp

Let's get cooking

STEP 1

Add dragon fruit, blueberries, and raspberries into a blender. Blend until you reach the desired consitency.

STEP 2

Bring milk (water) and oats to boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until the oats fully absorb the water.

STEP 3

Remove pan from heat and stir in mixture of dragon fruit, blueberries, and raspberries, hemp seeds, and lucuma powder. Add a little more milk to loosen if desired.

STEP 4

Allow it to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving/storing. Once cooled, mash into some yogurt to make it a little extra rich and creamy.

No time in the morning?

Simply prep everything on the night before (skip step 2 - you do not need to cook the oats, but instead mixing the raw oats with the mixture and ingredients). Let it sit in the fridge overnight - breakfast will be waiting and ready for your budding eaters the next day!
