This creamy lentil and veggies curry remains to be our most requested kids' meal by parents. Sweet yam and carrot add a lovely sweet taste while providing a nutritional boost of fiber and Vitamins A and C. Yet, fresh spinach with healthy herbs and spices add a tonne of extra flavor, making this dish truly yummy.

Sweet potatoes, Black beans, Russet potatoes, Carrots, Gum-free coconut cream, Portabella mushrooms, Spinach, Onion, Olive oil, Bay leaves, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Nutmeg powder, Turmeric powder.

This wholesome lunch bowl contains 147g of plant-based ingredients.

How to heat it?

For stovetop, leave this bowl in the fridge to thaw overnight. Once you are ready to cook, pour into a pan and cook over medium-high heat for 1-3 minutes. 

For microwave, remove the sleeve and place sealed bowl in the microwave. Heat on high for 1-3 minutes. Let the bowl cool down for 30 seconds before removing the film.
