How to heat it?


Add 1 cup of water or your preferred milk to the bowl and stir well.


For stovetop, pour into a pot and cook over medium-high heat for 1-3 minutes. Stir well. 

For microwave, keep in this bowl—it's microwave-safe. Heat for 1-3 minutes, stirring halfway in between.
